Courage Collective Family Violence Services is seeking a Client Services Project Officer to support the implementation of our Client Service Model and Outcomes Measurement Framework. Responsibilities
Develop a plan that supports staff and clients in implementing our Client Service Model and Outcomes Measurement Framework.
Responsible for the development of tools and resources including policies, procedures, training materials, and a practice manual that ensures consistent, best-practice implementation.
