About the Role
As a Business Performance & Analytics Specialist at Tawfeer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You will analyze and monitor performance across key business functions (Sales, Logistics, Commercial) and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor performance across key business functions (Sales, Logistics, Commercial).
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI , and other analytics tools.
Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and track progress against targets.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvements.
Support continuous performance improvement through regular reporting, monitoring, and analysis.
Analyze large datasets to detect patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
