About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Controls Oversight team as a Controls Oversight Associate. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting controls across various business units.
Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial reporting controls
Develop and implement control procedures to mitigate identified risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of controls
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented controls
What We Are Looking For:
BS in accounting, finance, or related field
1+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, external audit or internal audit
1+ years of experience with US GAAP or Statutory accounting/reporting
