ICO execution timeline — ATVP notification, whitepaper finalisation, Token Generation Event (Q4 2026)
€5M ICO campaign and community growth (5,000 Discord, 2,000 Telegram, 10K X pre-TGE)
Investor relations — seed round, institutional ICO participants, exchange listings
External partnerships — DSO negotiations (Elektro Maribor), KYC/AML providers, audit firms
Team management — CTO, CMO, CFO, Legal Officer, Operations Lead all report to you
MiCA Path A regulatory process with ATVP (Slovenian Securities Market Agency)
Post-ICO financial performance — revenue ramp from €0 to €500K+ by end of 2027
