La Chaîne de l’Espoir is seeking a Program Manager to strengthen healthcare systems and provide equal chances of survival and development for children, mothers, and disadvantaged communities.
About the Role
Prevention and screening from an early age, particularly through school health Programmes.
Care and surgery to meet the most urgent needs of children and women.
Training and transfer of skills to local teams (capacity building) thanks to our international network of experts in all areas of surgery.

Responsibilities
Manage and implement programs to strengthen healthcare systems and provide equal chances of survival and development for children, mothers, and disadvantaged communities.
Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact.
What We Are Looking For
A strong background in international development and program management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
