About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and collaborative Coordinator for AI Studio Guidelines Support Consultant to act as a central enabler of the AI Studio initiative within TechLab.
Coordinate Delivery: Act as the primary coordinator between TechLab, internal teams, and clients to drive AI Studio initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and delivery.
Enhance User Experience: Monitor adoption, user satisfaction, and overall experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Establish feedback mechanisms, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements across tools, processes, and engagement models.
Manage Guidelines & Knowledge: Develop and maintain AI Studio guidelines, standards, templates, playbooks, and a knowledge base of use cases, lessons learned, and best practices to support safe and effective AI experimentation.
Support Scaling & Governance: Promote standardized approaches that enable successful AI solutions to scale from prototype to sustainable implementation.
Monitor & Report Impact: Track adoption, usage, and business impact, providing insights and reporting to inform decision-making and prioritization.
