About the Role
This role is an important part of the Business Analysis team and functions as a finance partner to the assigned repair facilities. You will act as the lead financial advisor for assigned shops, building strong partnerships with plant managers and shop leadership teams.

Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Partnership for Repair Facilities
Act as the lead financial advisor for assigned shops, building strong partnerships with plant managers and shop leadership team.
Develop and continuously improve financial analysis and key operating metrics reporting at the repair facilities.
Translate financial results into operational insights: identify cost trends, drivers, and savings opportunities.
Use dashboards and analytics to communicate findings in a clear and visual manner.
Support the capital spending reporting and analysis processes for the facilities
Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting of productivity, efficiency, utilization, standard hours, repair revenue, and other key metrics across the facilities, working closely with the Fleet Maintenance Management (“FMM”) team.
