About the Role
We're looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Thrivewell Infusion. As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, facilitating onboarding, administering employee benefits programs, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Thrivewell's culture and workflows
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and leave of absence requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, PIPs, and coaching support for supervisors
Maintain and update HRIS records, reporting, and HR documentation
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational development
