We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in client delivery, consulting, and software implementation. This role is responsible for managing complex, medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, the ability to solve complex business problems using technology and data solutions, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across multiple domains, including:
• System integrations and software implementations
• Data management, visualization, and architecture
• IT strategy and program management
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including estimation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, risk/issue management, change control, and delivery
Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Support Statement of Work (SOW) creation, resource planning, and client presentations
Manage project expectations, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and ensure stakeholder alignment
Identify opportunities to support business development and expand client relationships
Review and approve project-related financials, including invoices, timesheets, and expenses
What skills you should have
Minimum of 3+ years of IT project management experience
Proven experience managing medium to large, complex projects
Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
Strong understanding of technology, information systems, data, and business processes
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
What skills you should have (Nice to have)
Experience in the utilities or energy industry
Experience leading technical and functional teams in a client-facing environment
Familiarity with system integrations and enterprise software implementations
