About the Role
Remitee is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
Support monthly payroll process.
Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Contribute to various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and talent acquisition programs.
