About the Role
This high-impact, hands-on leadership role focuses on defining the end-to-end product experience of an enterprise SaaS platform. You will shape how users interact with complex data systems, transforming them into intuitive, habit-forming, and commercially effective workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design and evolve an enterprise-grade SaaS experience that drives sustained engagement, adoption, and expansion across client organizations.
Build habit-forming workflows and interaction patterns that increase user frequency, retention, and internal product advocacy.
Embed growth-oriented design mechanics such as collaboration, sharing, and referral triggers within core product flows.
Owning and maintaining a scalable design system ensuring consistency across dashboards, analytics interfaces, and workflow modules.
Translate complex data and AI-driven capabilities into intuitive, accessible, and decision-ready product experiences.
Align UX design decisions with product and business metrics, including retention, expansion, and multi-department usage.
Lead end-to-end design execution from concept and prototyping through testing, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between user experience and commercial outcomes.
