We are looking for an experienced and skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at Queen Mary University of London.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Reception team and providing assistance to the 3000 residents living across 4 sites. As the primary point of contact for students residing on campus, as well as guests and visitors, the Reception service plays a crucial role in ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
What You Will Do
Lead the Reception team and provide assistance to residents living across 4 sites.
Be an integral part of the Residential Services Management Team.
Provide a high level of customer service to students, guests, and visitors.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Experience of managing a small team.
A knowledge of students and their needs whilst living in halls work is a requirement of the post.
