What You Will Do
Support the implementation of Competency-Based Training programs for internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and host communities.
Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
A strong background in vocational training and education, preferably in a humanitarian context.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
