What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features.
Optimize performance and reliability of AI verification services.
Contribute to technical architecture and code reviews.
Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning.
Support deployment and monitoring of production systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in Python and distributed systems.
Work remotely, but are expected to be in-office 3+ days per week at one of our hub locations: Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with Python.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data processing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CI/CD, containerization, or microservices.
Experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks.
Experience with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous workflows.
