Join our team as an Implementation Consultant and help us amplify the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with customers to configure our SaaS platforms for optimal use.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who can consult with customers on crucial configuration tasks, including single sign-on integration, data integrations, platform roles and permissions, and more. You will also be working with customers to scope and recommend technical solutions, providing guidance on leveraging APIs for Instructure Products, and supporting the customer with technical documentation.
What We Are Looking For
Experience designing and deploying technical solutions in a SaaS environment
Technical expertise with multiple identity provider authentication systems
Experience and familiarity in working with APIs
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
