About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team supporting a participant within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment.
Provide active support within a SIL home environment
Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and risk management strategies
Support emotional regulation and respond appropriately to behaviours of concern
Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties
Support community participation and transport to appointments or activities
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reporting
Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and the broader care team
