About the Role
As a Director, Information Systems, you are a strategic leader who owns the design, implementation, and scaling of our enterprise technology ecosystem. You translate complex business needs into robust technical architecture, ensuring corporate systems are secure, integrated, and optimized for hyper-growth.
Responsibilities
Formulate the long-term roadmap for enterprise core systems, HRIS networks, and corporate financial software integrations to support continuous organizational scalability
Oversee the global architecture and administration of internal platforms, Corporate Directory Services, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce strict data governance, business continuity plans, and information security protocols across all systems
Architect scalable automated workflows between cross-functional business platforms to optimize operational efficiency and minimize data silos
Lead a high-performing team of information systems engineers and administrators, fostering professional development and technical mastery
Manage vendor relationships, technology contract negotiations, and the software procurement budget to ensure optimal return on investment
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for system uptime, ticket resolution, and implementation delivery timelines to maintain high service standards
Collaborate with executives across the People, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to align technology deployments with shifting business priorities
