About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist to join our team in Ogidi Anambra state. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that all products meet required specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes, including SOPs and batch records.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, prioritizing multiple responsibilities as needed.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on production procedures and quality control measures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
