About the Role
We are hiring B1+ English speakers to be a customer service representatives responsible for handling customers through inbound calls.

Handle customer inquiries in English via phone and email.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Meet performance targets and KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English (B1+).
University degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
