About the Role
We are seeking People Operations Interns to partner with a business leader while earning college-level credit(s) at the advanced undergraduate or graduate level.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm creative ideas for Employee Resource Group programming
Draft content for internal communications
Support the upcoming transition of the CivicScience intranet to a new platform
Research innovative and responsible ways to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into workflows and internal platforms
Draft job descriptions for critical roles
Influence and update new hire policies and procedures
Contribute to training, learning, and development tools for new hire onboarding
